Is Guard Your Place a Great Idea or is it a Scam? Research and Review of the Business and Opportunity

This review of Guard Your Place will measure and evaluate the business and opportunity presented by the company based on our research and my opinion with over 15 years in the home-based business industry. Our intent is to attempt to answer some key questions as to whether GuardYourPlace is an opportunity worth pursuing.

Of course, within this review, we want to evaluate and answer a prominent first question on most people’s minds: is GuardYourPlace A scam or is it a legitimate business opportunity? We will attempt to answer that question within this article by providing some relevant facts and then drawing a conclusion.

Experience has shown, this set of criteria will be of great benefit as an aid to determine whether Guard Your Place will be a hit. It seems, after careful research, they are off to a good start. There are some credible testimonials surrounding the service itself. To be clear, the Guard Your Place product is really a service that allows you to visually monitor your home or business remotely from anywhere in the world through a computer or cell phone web browser.

Normal use for a homeowner may be the ability to monitor your property while away at work or vacation, keep a watchful eye on a nanny or babysitter or to make sure your kids arrive safely home at a certain time of day. A business owner can watch employees, monitor expensive equipment or product and reduce theft. Guard Your Place has the ability to set the camera to detect motion and then send pictures instantly to you when motion or movement is detected. Images can be sent via email or text alert.

In my experience, the service is definitely unique and has a very useful purpose. After all, I sense a great need for safe-guarding your family and property. Now, Lets take a look at leadership. Pierre Charbonneau is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Guard Your Place and was instrumental in the development of the program. A little research shows he is also the Chairman and CEO of EGlobal Partner and is very actively involved with several charitable organizations specifically to aid and help soldiers, policemen and firemen. I visited a couple of noteworthy web sites, onsightsupport.org and stepupforsoldiers.org.

Granger Soward, the President of Guard Your Place, also serves as Deputy Fire Chief for Carolina Beach, NC. I find that he also has been involved in many charities and events. I was able to gain a lot of information through a web search of his name. Apparently, the leadership attitude of Guard Your Place is of a giving nature with a soft spot for those in need. Thus far, we have determined that GuardYourPlace has a specialized product and that the leadership is headed by strong character now, is there a unique selling proposition? The people at Guard Your Place inform me that they offer an affordable service and a home-based business opportunity that is designed for anyone to become involved with. So, the offer is a free trial and a low monthly fee with no contract. Subscribers can then visually monitor there home or business at any time of day. The fee is the same if you decide to market the service yourself and earn residual income. Currently, the monthly premium is set at $19.95 per month.

My analysis did not find any negatives with regard to the company, the product or the leadership. It seems and I believe that Guard Your Place the service and the business end are a legitimate offer possessing much uniqueness. To date, I know of no other company offering such a service matched with the potential to earn residual income as a home-based business opportunity.
